- To be eligible for a return, the coffee product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
2. Non-Returnable Items:
- Opened or Used Coffee: Due to health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used coffee products.
- Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
3. Refund Process:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.
4. Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
